At Royal French Bulldogs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your French Bulldog puppy. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which deposits and payments for French Bulldog puppies for sale may be refunded.
Deposit Refund Policy
When you reserve a French Bulldog for sale with a $400 deposit, the following refund schedule applies:

Deposit Transfer Policy
If you change your mind about a specific puppy but still want a French Bulldog puppy for sale from us, your deposit is fully transferable to another available puppy. Simply contact us to select a different Frenchie puppy from our current or upcoming litter.
Full Payment Refunds
If you have paid the full amount for your French Bulldog puppy but have not yet taken delivery, the following applies:
- Cancellation before delivery: Full refund minus the $400 deposit (deposit follows the deposit refund schedule above)
- Cancellation after delivery: No refund unless the puppy has a covered health issue under our 1-year health guarantee
- If the puppy is found to have a serious genetic health condition within 72 hours of delivery (verified by a licensed veterinarian), we offer a replacement puppy or full refund
Health Guarantee Refunds
Our 1-year health guarantee covers genetic and hereditary conditions. If a covered condition is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within the guarantee period, we offer:
- Replacement puppy of equal value (when available)
- Partial refund based on severity of condition
- Veterinary cost reimbursement (up to purchase price)
Full health guarantee details are provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery Refunds
Delivery fees are non-refundable once delivery has been scheduled. If delivery is canceled before the puppy is shipped, delivery fees are refunded minus a $50 cancellation fee. If the puppy cannot be delivered due to weather or other unsafe conditions, delivery will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Credit card refunds may take additional time depending on your financial institution.
Exceptions
No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind after puppy has reached 6 weeks of age
- Normal puppy conditions (minor umbilical hernias, retained testicles, colds, parasites)
- Conditions resulting from improper care, neglect, or accidents after delivery
- Failure to provide required veterinary care
