Welcome to Royal French Bulldogs. These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase of French Bulldog puppies for sale from our breeding program. By inquiring about or purchasing a Frenchie puppy from us, you agree to these terms.
Puppy Reservations & Deposits
To reserve a French Bulldog puppy for sale, a $400 non-refundable deposit is required. However, the deposit is partially refundable depending on the reason for cancellation. The deposit secures your chosen puppy and removes them from the available list. Deposits are applied toward the final purchase price.
- If the buyer cancels within 7 days of deposit - 75% refund
- If the buyer cancels after 7 days but before puppy is 6 weeks old - 50% refund
- If the buyer cancels after puppy is 6 weeks old - deposit is forfeited
- If the breeder cannot provide the puppy due to health issues - 100% refund
- Deposits are transferable to another available puppy
Pricing & Payment
French Bulldog prices range from $1,000 to $1,500 depending on color, rarity, and bloodline. Final payment is due at the time of delivery or pickup. We accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, and Crypto. All prices are in USD.
Health Guarantee
Every French Bulldog puppy for sale comes with a 1-year health guarantee covering genetic and hereditary conditions. Full health guarantee details are provided at the time of purchase. The guarantee requires a veterinary examination within 72 hours of delivery/pickup.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer nationwide delivery to the United States and Canada via climate-controlled transport. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location. Local pickup is available at our Palm Coast, Florida location by appointment. The buyer is responsible for all delivery or travel costs.
AKC Registration
All French Bulldog puppies for sale are AKC registered. Registration paperwork is provided at the time of delivery or pickup. The buyer is responsible for completing and submitting registration documents.
Buyer Responsibilities
As the new owner of a Frenchie puppy, you agree to:
- Provide proper veterinary care, including all recommended vaccinations
- Provide a safe, loving home environment
- Properly feed, train, and socialize your French Bulldog
- Keep the puppy's microchip information current
- Notify the breeder of any significant health issues
Limitation of Liability
Royal French Bulldogs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or ownership of a French Bulldog for sale. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the puppy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our website or purchase of French Bulldog puppies constitutes acceptance of any changes.
